Shipping Policy
"Free
Shipping" of large items shipped through a trucking company
such as S.A.I.A. will be curbside delivery and may require customer
help in
unloading to avoid extra charges by the trucking company which will be
your
responsibility.
Extra charges, which would
be your responsibility, include using a lift gate, inside delivery or
any
variation from an appointment time or place previously agreed upon
between you
and the shipping company.
Smaller items shipped via companies such as Fed-Ex, Airborne Express,
UPS,
Greyhound Package Express and USPS are shipped insured and it will be
up to the
customer to file a claim for any damages.
Please note we only ship within the United States and “Free Shipping”
does not
include Alaska or Hawaii. Please call for a shipping quote if you
are
having your item(s) shipped to either Alaska or Hawaii.

ONLY SHIP WITHIN THE UNITED STATES!
We
value our customers and our
commitment to deliver quality products to you is our priority. In order
to
provide our customers with the best value, all orders are shipped the
quickest
and least expensive means possible. Upon receipt of your payment, we
will ship
your order on the next business day. If we do not have it available in
stock or
it is a non-stocking item we can special order it. Special Order Items
require
a 50% down payment before the order can be submitted to the
manufacturer. Please allow 4-6 weeks for
delivery. Some
special order items might take longer. Special orders CAN NOT be
cancelled if
item is in transit from the manufacturer. Our warehouse space is
limited
therefore we do not have room to stock special order items. All sales
are
final!
Order Tracking
Once
we ship your order out to you,
we will send you an email with the tracking number and the address of
the
shipping company's web page so that you may track your order. An
exception would be if we shipped via Greyhound Package Express as they
do not
provide on-line tracking. Instead we will provide you with the
receiving
terminal's phone number.
Packaging
We take pride in our products. As a result, all items are inspected
before
packing and are packed with the utmost care.
Damaged Shipment
Upon delivery, please be sure and inspect all packages carefully. If
your
shipment is damaged in transit, report it directly to the shipping
company that
delivered the product to you. They will usually pay for a replacement.
However,
keep the damaged item and the packing slip, they may want to see it to
make a
report. This will give you the fastest results.
